I agree. And I think that is the strength of the “small-business-mom-and-pop” model, so unlike big-box stores and chain franchises. So many small business KNOW their customers personally. Not only do they know their customers, but they care about them and want to solve their problems. It’s nice to see what true concern for the customers does as in the case of Richard Drew.
