I see that you went ahead and published this in a different forum, which is great. My Literature Lust publication doesn’t publish poems at this point — unless they’re a part of a post that shows how the poem was written, how it relates to modern life, or how to get inspiration from the poem. I wish you the best of luck, though, and would be happy to look at any pieces you have in the future if they’re articles, essays, or posts about writing, reading, books, and literature.
